We measure what's there and draw the proposed changes clearly so the building department can follow them. Common projects: opening walls, kitchen and bath remodels, basement or bonus room finishes, garage conversions, and exterior window and door changes.

Existing and proposed plans; demo plan; elevations; header and beam callouts, coordinated with Dow Engineering PLLC when bearing walls are involved; and energy code notes.
Do you need a permit?
Moving walls, plumbing, electrical, or structure usually needs a permit. Painting, flooring, or cabinets in the same spot usually do not.
